About the role

EFB GEOSTRUKT INC' is seeking a skilled Hydraulic Mechanic to join our team in San Pedro City, Laguna. As a Hydraulic Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of hydraulic systems and equipment. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing

  1. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, and other components
  2. Perform scheduled maintenance, including inspections, lubrication, and adjustments
  3. Disassemble, repair, and reassemble hydraulic equipment, such as power units, cylinders, and actuators
  4. Ensure the proper functioning and safety of hydraulic systems
  5. Document all maintenance activities and report on the condition of equipment
  6. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members
  7. Comply with all relevant safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hydraulic Mechanic or in a similar role
  2. Proficient in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of hydraulic systems and components
  3. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical manuals
  5. Knowledge of hydraulic principles, including fluid dynamics and system design
  6. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
  7. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
