JOB OVERVIEW/SUMMARY

  • Receives general direction from the General Manager. Exercises direct supervision over technical and maintenance staff and ensuring the smooth operation of water refilling and laundry services in various settings.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of water and laundry facilities.
  • Managing staff and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintaining inventory and managing laundry & water refilling resources efficiently.
  • Training and supervising laundry staff for optimal performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Maintaining and repairing water and laundry equipment as needed.
  • Supervise in maintenance, handling and functioning various task related to a water station and laundry business operations.
  • Supervise in handling customers and basic cashiering works.
  • Supervise tasks such as lifting, carrying, and holding materials to provide the needed service.
  • Supervise with deliveries by loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
  • Prepare work areas and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Report any issues or hazards to General Manager promptly.
  • Supervise with inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Ensures a smooth day to day operations in all aspect of the work.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
