Job Description

  • Assist in monitoring KOL and media postings and reports
  • Assist in events production, conceptualizing decks, contacting/sourcing suppliers, writing scripts, inviting guests, and other related tasks
  • Keep KOL and media databases updated
  • Assist in building media and KOL database
  • Assist in PR seeding to media and KOLs
  • Assist in on-site event management and content creation

Skills Required

  • Familiarity with social media and event trends, relevant personalities, and local media is a plus
  • Proficient in verbal and written English
  • Ability to take photos and videos for on-site event coverage
  • An existing network of influencers, media, and/or event suppliers would be a plus
  • Must be organized with good communication skills
  • Must be personable and sociable

Tools Required

  • Proficiency in Zoom, Google Workspace, and Canva
  • Proficiency in Pages and Numbers

This is a hybrid role based in Makati that requires the intern to be onsite at least 2x a week.
