About the role

Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking a talented Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients in the healthcare industry. What you'll be doing

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries and requests
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on various healthcare-related topics
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department for further assistance
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Completed atleast 2 years in College plus 1 year Healthcare International BPO Experience
