Job Title: Direct Bill Associate

Shift Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Work Setup: Full Onsite during training and certification, then Hybrid after.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keen to details on evaluating and analyzing carrier requests/transactions/source documents for processing/applying commission and ensure to comply with the standards of the process
  • Participates in calibration (internal and external) exercises regularly to ensure consistency
  • Knowledgeable in tracking and documenting payments and client's information with the required reports
  • Need to have the ability to identify the different types of payments upon receipt
  • Can perform other assigned/related duties within the center as directed
  • Must be willing to work in any shift, holidays, overtime, and weekend

Qualifications:

  • At least 0 to 2 Years of total work experience in Accounts receivable Set-Up or traditional accounting setup
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be willing to work in any shift
