JOB SUMMARY:

This role involves hazard identification, implementation of safety programs, and DOLE reporting to maintain a safe and secure working environment. The Safety Officer will also oversee incident investigations, conduct safety training, toolbox meetings, and emergency response drills. Additionally, they will assist with timekeeping-related tasks to ensure proper workforce monitoring. The ideal candidate must be proactive in promoting a safety-first culture and capable of responding promptly to safety concerns. Immediate availability is preferred.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Highschool Graduate
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in construction safety, site supervision, or related roles.
  • With COSH Certificate
  • With Knowledge/ Experience in Hazard Identification, Safety Program implementation & DOLE reporting.
  • With background knowledge in timekeeping & incident investigation
  • With experience in conducting safety training, toolbox meetings, and emergency response drills.
