ADNOS CET Corporation is seeking for dedicated and qualified Safety Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines on-site, reducing risks, and promoting a safe working environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe acts, conditions, and potential hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards, codes, and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and implement site-specific safety plans, risk assessments, and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
  • Organize and conduct safety training and toolbox talks for workers.
  • Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive measures.
  • Maintain safety records, logs, and reports (PPE issuance, induction records, inspection checklists, etc.).
  • Coordinate emergency response drills and first-aid arrangements.
  • Liaise with site engineers, and subcontractors to promote a strong safety culture.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance safety performance on-site.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications (NEBOSH IGC, OSHA 30-hour, IOSH, etc.) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Safety Officer in the construction industry.
  • Experience with large-scale building, civil, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and legal regulations.
  • Ability to identify hazards and implement effective solutions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
  • Physically fit to perform inspections on-site.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Must have a valid local safety card/certification or license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
