Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
UI/UX Designer located in Quezon City.
The UI/UX Designer in a cybersecurity company will design secure, efficient, and visually engaging interfaces for cybersecurity tools and platforms. They will work closely with security experts to simplify complex workflows, enhance user trust, and ensure products are both secure and easy to use. The designer will also participate in usability testing, applying insights to improve both security and user experience.

Responsibilities


• Identifying potential clients, partners, and industry trends


• Managing the Social media accounts/engagements


• Assisting in the development and execution of strategies to find new business opportunities.


• Collaborate with product managers, and developers to design interfaces for security products.


• Translate complex security concepts into simple, user-friendly visual experiences.


• Conduct user research with IT professionals, administrators, and end-users to understand needs and pain points.


• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile security tools.


• Ensure UI designs follow security best practices (e.g., clear alert systems, intuitive access controls).


• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and security compliance requirements.


• Maintain design consistency across products while adapting to evolving cyber threats.

Job Requirements


• UI/UX principles with a focus on complex system interfaces


• Cybersecurity basics (authentication, encryption, threat monitoring, security alerts)

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and data visualization tools


• Accessibility and responsive design


• Understanding of information architecture for security dashboards and workflows


• Prototyping and interactive design


• Ability to visualize and simplify technical cybersecurity workflows


• Data visualization for security metrics and alerts


• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams


• Problem-solving with a security-first mindset


• Translate technical security features into intuitive user flows


• Anticipate user mistakes and design interfaces that prevent security breaches


• Work under confidentiality and strict data protection rules


• Ability to design interfaces that balance usability with security requirements


• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and user access controls

• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, Multimedia Arts, Computer Science, or related field


• Prior experience designing for enterprise, SaaS, or security-related products (preferred)


• Portfolio demonstrating secure, high-complexity product designs


• Can start immediately
