Job Description

We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to shape the future of design and innovation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating intuitive user experiences that blend form and function.

The Senior User Experience Designer will be responsible for leading the design process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions. They will also conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems for consistency and incorporate inclusive design practices.
  • Mentor junior designers and promote a collaborative design culture.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product/UX design, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Figma, with experience implementing Material Design and WCAG.
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to present and defend ideas.
  • Resourceful, creative, and confident in solving complex design challenges independently.
