We are seeking a Senior User Experience Designer who will play a key role in elevating our Product Design capabilities to new heights. As part of our collaborative and inclusive environment, you will be empowered to drive breakthrough ideas through diverse perspectives.

  • By implementing design thinking processes, you will align design goals with business objectives to foster innovative, user-centric solutions and promote creative problem-solving and collaboration.
  • You will conduct research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and inform design decisions.
  • Applying User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, and User Interface Design principles, you will create intuitive and delightful user experiences that meet the highest standards.
  • With wireframes and prototypes, you will translate your ideas into tangible solutions and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Maintaining and evolving design systems for consistency, you will incorporate inclusive design practices per WCAG and drive design excellence throughout the organization.

To succeed in this role, you should have over 5 years of experience in Product/UX design and excellent English communication skills. You must be able to effectively present and defend your ideas, as well as manage complex design challenges independently.

A portfolio of design projects and deliverables is required, showcasing your expertise and passion for shaping the future of design.
