Operations Management

  • Supervise and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the breakfast buffet, ala carte, and banquet services.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards in alignment with hotel and company expectations.

Hotel Relationship Management

  • Acts as the primary liason between the company and hotel management.
  • Attend coordination meetings and address hotel feedback, concerns, or request promptly and professionally.

Financial and Performance Management

  • Monitor sales, cost of goods sold (COGS), and manpower ratio to ensure profitability targets are met.
  • Review and analyze financial performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control measures.

Guest Experience & Brand Standards

  • Ensure consistent delivery of an exceptional dining experience aligned with brand standards.
  • Handle guest feedback and concerns with professionalism and care.

People Leadership

  • Supervise and coach hotel-based F&B teams to uphold company values and service excellence.
  • Coordinate with HR for manpower scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence among staff.
