Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Training and Development

a. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and align with organizational goals using feedback from surveys and performance reviews.

b. Prepare and implement the company's Training Plan based on identified needs and aligned with organizational goals and priorities.

c. Process and coordinate employee training requests, including evaluation of relevance, availability of resources, and proper documentation.

d. Develop and implement training programs using various methods (e-learning, in-person, workshops, etc.).

e. Facilitate training sessions, trade tests, workshops, and seminars.

f. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using Training Evaluation, feedback, performance data, and ROI analysis (if applicable).

g. Maintain accurate training records and reports, including TESDA and other certification tracking.

h. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venues, materials, and external resource persons.

i. Promote a culture of learning, growth, and continuous improvement within the organization.

j. Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with operational needs.

k. Stay updated on industry trends and ensure training programs meet regulatory and compliance standards.

  1. Career and Employee Development

a. Facilitate the annual Employee Evaluation process for regular and core employees.

b. Encourage and support department heads and supervisors in mentoring their team members and identifying potential successors for key roles.

c. Support career planning initiatives through assessments and career discussions.

d. Assist in creating development plans and recommend learning resources.

e. Coordinate leadership development programs, mentoring, and cross-training activities.

f. Track career growth progress and assist in onboarding and promotion transitions.

g. Support implementation of career growth strategies aligned with business objectives.

  1. Employee Engagement and Events

a. Organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and community outreach events.

b. Handle New Employee Orientation (NEO) and regularly update orientation materials.

c. Manage logistics for HR-led events, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget monitoring.

d. Promote cultural initiatives such as birthday greetings, Employee of the Month, and other recognition programs.

e. Collect feedback on events and recommend improvements for future initiatives.

  1. General HR Support

a. Assist in recruitment processes such as job posting, screening, scheduling, and applicant tracking.

b. Maintain and update employee information using the company's HR Information System (HRIS), including training records, performance evaluations, and employment data.

c. Support the preparation and safekeeping of employee files, HRIS records, and documentation.

d. Monitor attendance and assist in leave management coordination.

e. Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by supporting audits and HR-related reporting.

f. Participate in ISO internal audit activities and help maintain documentation.

g. Support employee relations activities, including documenting incidents and minor case handling in coordination with the HR Manager.

  1. Perform other HR-related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
