About the role

We are seeking a PHILHEALTH ASSOCIATE / MEDICAL RECORDS STAFF to join our team at Borough Medical Care Institute Inc.'. This is a full-time position based in Pasay City Metro Manila. As the PHILHEALTH ASSOCIATE / MEDICAL RECORDS, you will play a crucial role in supporting our medical administration operations and ensuring the efficient management of patient records and PHILHEALTH-related processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately processing PHILHEALTH claims and maintaining comprehensive patient medical records
  • Coordinating with PHILHEALTH representatives to ensure timely and compliant submissions of claims
  • Assisting with the organization and maintenance of physical and digital medical records, ensuring confidentiality and proper archiving
  • Collaborating with the broader medical administration team to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Staying up-to-date with PHILHEALTH guidelines and regulations to ensure compliance

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical administrative or PHILHEALTH-related role
  • Strong understanding of PHILHEALTH policies, procedures, and claim submission requirements
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed medical records
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality support
