Store Assistance:

  • Operate the cash register and handle all customer transactions, including processing cash, credit/debit card payments, and refunds.
  • Accurately tally sales receipts and maintain a balanced cash drawer at the end of each shift.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges to customers based on store policies.
  • Assist in processing returns and exchanges.

Customer Assistance:

  • Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience.
  • Assist customers in finding products, providing product information, and answering any inquiries.
  • Help Customers with fitting room assistance and provide style suggestions.
  • Keep the sales floor tidy, ensuring merchandise is neatly displayed and well-stocked.
  • Assist in organizing store displays and promotional materials.
