Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Must be a licensed civil engineer
  • Must have experience of at least four (4) to five (5) years with mixed-use/corporate office projects as a contractor or construction project management.
  • Must have experience in Foundation works up to topping-off
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Must have experience in different Matt Foundation, Pile Drive and different foundation works
  • Must have experience in structural concreting and rebar works
  • Must have experience with estimation and billing evaluation
  • Experience in land development and housing projects.
  • Knowledgeable with local code
  • Able to communicate professionally and efficiently in both spoken and written formats.
  • Must be willing to be deployed at Makati City (Open without barracks)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implements the Construction Project Management (CPM) Plan for the Project and ensures that the contractors and suppliers comply with the established procedures and instructions, ensuring expeditious implementation and timely delivery.
  • Attends and may lead the following meetings, ideally weekly.
  • Prepares and issues the minutes when his presence is required in a meeting.
  • Conducts regular project walk-thru with the contractor to check on the progress of works and spot potential problems in architectural, civil, and structural make-up.
  • Advises the Construction Project Manager (CPM), Owner/Developer, and contractors of any constraints and critical factors that may delay Project completion and recommends appropriate solutions.
  • Handles the Design Addenda, Construction Manager's Instructions (CMI's), Requests for Information (RFI's), Substitution Requests, and the like in cases necessary for proper contract management.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
