JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of outgoing deliveries, proper documentation of transactions, and smooth coordination between drivers, warehouse personnel, and operations teams. Acts as the on-site point of contact to ensure compliance with company procedures and client requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Check and verify quantities, descriptions, and condition of goods during loading

·       Prepare and maintain accurate records of deliveries, receipts, and returns.

·       Coordinate with drivers, helpers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.

·       Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with operational standards and safety policies.

·       Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Operations Supervisor or Transport Officer.

·       Report any discrepancies, damages, or incidents to management immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS;

·       College level preferred

·       Relevant work experience in inventory checking, site coordination, warehouse operations, or related field.

·       Knowledge of basic inventory procedures and documentation.

·       Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic email communication

·       Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

·       Good communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams

·       Willing to work on-site, with flexible hours including weekends or holidays if required.

·       Physically fit to perform tasks that may require standing, walking, or lifting.
