Project Site Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the Project Site Coordinator role at our site in Bacolod. This position involves providing administrative support, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, managing office supplies, and coordinating with our Makati office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling of key team meetings for efficient collaboration and decision-making
  • Gathering relevant data from various departments for comprehensive monthly reports
  • Reviewing and editing reports for accuracy and consistency in formatting and content
  • Ensuring accurate documentation through effective management of our filing system
  • Liaising with local agents for accommodation and transportation arrangements
  • Carrying out local purchasing and coordinating office cleaning services
Requirements:
  • College graduate with at least two years of work experience in a similar field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office operations and software applications
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
