Job Description:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the legal department, including but not limited to organizing documents, managing schedules.
  • Document Management: Assist in the organization and maintenance of legal documents, contracts, and records, ensuring they are properly filed and easily accessible for legal professionals.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, hearings, and depositions, including scheduling, room setup, and document distribution. Take minutes during meetings as required and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in clerical works and other tasks as assigned by department in charge

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
  • Must be willing to work onsite or at the office
