Join the Uniqlo Internship Program and gain the experience of working in a world-class fashion company and interact with multiple global business leaders.

ABOUT UIP

The UIP provides an experience for students to immerse themselves in actual store operations, acquire practical skills, knowledge, and valuable work experience.

They will also have the opportunity to work on actual problem statements that will foster professional growth, problem-solving skills, and innovativeness.

For a minimum requirement of 220 hours, students will have an understanding of store operations and function in the retail industry.

The Uniqlo Internship Program will commence by February 2026.

Requirements

  • Undergrad students of any degree program who is passionate to learn, display strong leadership and holds solution-oriented mindset
  • Not currently involved in any other internship or exchange programs
  • Has the interest in fashion retail industry
  • Has customer-first mindset
  • Willing to work on site at UNIQLO stores within Metro Manila
  • Willing to work under Store Operations
  • Flexible to work on various shift schedule
