We're not looking for someone to just "run ads."

We're looking for a growth partner who knows how to turn cold traffic into profit.

This isn't a button-clicking role. You'll be engineering conversion ecosystems — from hook testing to funnel sequencing — across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Native, and even emerging channels like NewsBreak and Reddit Ads.

What You'll Do :

  1. Take campaigns from concept to launch to optimization to scale — end to end.

  2. Build testing matrices with hooks, formats, placements, and audiences.

  3. Rapid-fire test short-form videos, statics, UGC, and carousel ads.

  4. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Motion, , Hyros, Triple Whale, etc.) to find winning angles faster.

  5. Spot what drives CTR, CVR, and watch time — then double down.

  6. Expand across channels with tailored creative logic (Meta for storytelling, TikTok for UGC, YouTube for scripted ads, Native for curiosity-driven traffic).

  • Obsessed with data + psychology and how they produce performance.

  • Confident managing 5–10 campaigns at once across accounts.

  • Fluent in AI — you use it as a scaling weapon, not just a helper.

  • You don't just optimize ads; you build systems that others can follow.

  • You feel responsible for profit, not just traffic.
