Role Overview

We are seeking a QA & Compliance Analyst to verify that all AI-generated outputs meet originality requirements, comply with ad platform policies, and maintain brand safety. You will use specialized QA tools, run automated and manual checks, and work with creative and AI teams to flag and re-generate non-compliant outputs.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and has a strong understanding of ad policy guidelines and content moderation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Originality Checks – Use tools like Copyleaks and Originality.AI to detect plagiarism or excessive similarity in AI-generated outputs.
• Policy Compliance Checks – Run outputs through OpenAI Moderation, Hive, and other moderation tools to ensure alignment with ad platform rules (Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Violation Flagging – Identify any originality or compliance issues and document them clearly.
• Trigger Re-Generation – Collaborate with AI and creative teams to re-run prompts and produce compliant versions.
• Ad Policy Expertise – Interpret and apply ad platform guidelines to safeguard brand and campaign performance.
• Documentation & Reporting – Maintain detailed logs of checks, violations, and corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Experience using QA and originality detection tools (Copyleaks, Originality.AI, Grammarly, etc.).
• Familiarity with ad platform policy manuals for Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Strong English reading comprehension and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow structured QA processes and escalate issues effectively.

Preferred:

• Experience in content moderation, compliance, or ad operations.
• Familiarity with AI content generation workflows.
• Knowledge of structured content logging and reporting tools.
