Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Metro Manila. The selected candidate will be responsible for daily tasks such as evaluating customer needs, designing and recommending suitable orthotic and prosthetic solutions, and collaborating with other team members to ensure the highest standards in product development and service. The role also involves maintaining an organized workflow and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing, designing, and implementing solutions related to orthotics and prosthetics.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to understand and address patient needs effectively.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently and ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Educational background or certification in orthotics and prosthetics, rehabilitation science, or a related medical field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated to complete independent tasks.
  • Relevant industry experience and knowledge of current trends would be an advantage.
