What you will do:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
  • Handle product-related issues, including syncing and connectivity questions.
  • Address system status and downtime inquiries
  • Work with 2–3 cloud-based products and understand basic cloud setup
  • Collect bug reports and escalate them to the Level 2 team via Jira or Confluence
  • Meet team KPIs
  • Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
  • Securely work with customers' sensitive information
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services
  • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • 1–2 years of Technical Support experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS
  • Strong ability to handle client questions and provide clear guidance
  • Experience building and maintaining a knowledge base
  • Ability to search and use documentation to resolve issues
  • Understanding of support workflows (priorities, follow-ups, required info)
  • Excellent communication skills with a polite, customer-focused tone
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
