In this full-time position based in Makati City Metro Manila, you will leverage your sales expertise to promote our innovative range of corporate wellness solutions. Your role will be crucial in helping our clients improve the health and wellbeing of their employees.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and qualifying new sales leads through prospecting and networking
  • Scheduling and conducting sales presentations to showcase our wellness products and services
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any client inquiries or concerns
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the wellness/healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at all levels
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to overcome objections and close deals
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
