WE'RE LOOKING FOR
HR MANAGER, LEARNING AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
(Workbase: Compostela, Cebu)
Qualifications:
· Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
· With at least five years of managerial experience in human resources, specializing in Learning and Organizational Development.
· Extensive background in training, organizational behavior, management and leadership, industrial relations, and labor relations as well as administrative.
· With strong attention to details, decision making, planning, and facilitation skills.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
Key Responsibilities:
· Reviews and/or conducts training needs analysis, reviews and co-facilitates in-house training
modules/programs.
· Ensures the preparation of all training requirements prior to the conduct of the training program
(budget, memo, training materials, hand-outs, certificate of attendance, venue, food, and
accommodation).
· Strategizing and implementing training and development interventions to increase
organizational capability in achieving desired business results.
· Strategizing and implementing initiatives and processes to measure employee performance
and address performance gaps.
