About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at CORPORATE VISIONS INC' in San Fernando Cebu. As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to our valued clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of up to 27,000 per annum.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing excellent customer service through a variety of communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  2. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  3. Identifying and addressing customer needs, and offering appropriate solutions and products
  4. Achieving sales targets through effective up-selling and cross-selling
  5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  6. Collaborating with team members to improve customer experience and drive process improvements

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing creative solutions
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. Commitment to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance
  6. A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
