About the Role
As the Area Manager at Expressions Stationery Shop, Inc.', you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple retail locations within the Tacurong City Sultan Kudarat region. This is a full-time position that will require you to lead a team of store managers and ensure the smooth running of all assigned locations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of multiple retail stores within your designated area
- Provide guidance and support to store managers, ensuring they meet established sales, customer service and operational targets
- Monitor inventory levels, sales data and other key performance indicators across the stores and implement strategies to drive improvements
- Liaise with the central corporate team to align on priorities, budgets and other strategic initiatives
- Foster a positive work culture and motivate the store teams to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency
- Oversee the recruitment, training and development of store personnel within your area
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in retail management, preferably within the stationery or consumer products industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple retail locations and driving performance
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and develop store teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise with both store personnel and senior management
- Proficient in data analysis and using performance metrics to inform decision-making
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field
