JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Receive and review insurance claims submitted by policyholders, brokers, or agents.
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of claim forms and supporting documents.
  • Input claim details into the insurance system for processing.
  • Assist claims adjusters and inspectors in assessing damages, losses, and liability.
  • Track claims progress and ensure timely resolution.
  • Communicate with policyholders, brokers, and agents regarding claim status and requirements.
  • Provide guidance on the claims process and necessary documentation.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve basic claim-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain organized records of claims, correspondence, and supporting documents.
  • Ensure claims processing complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare regular updates on claims status and pending issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in insurance claims, customer service, or administrative support in financial services.
  • Familiarity with property, casualty, health, or motor insurance claims is advantageous.
  • Understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and claims procedures.
