Responsibilities:
- Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as office staff or similar administrative role
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
- Computer literate
- Must be keen to details, team player, flexible and fast learner
- With good communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in Insurance field is an advantage
- Preferably a resident of Las Piñas, Parañaque or nearby areas
