Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Staff member to join our dynamic team at Labotech Trading. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing marketing strategies, promoting our products and services, and increasing brand awareness. You will work closely with various departments to drive sales and engage our customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Assist in creating and executing marketing plans and strategies to increase product visibility and sales.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.

  • Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.).

  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing promotional materials.

  • Social Media Management:

  • Manage and update social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

  • Monitor social media analytics and engagement, and report on performance.

  • Campaign Management:

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

  • Client Interaction:

  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries and feedback via email, social media, and other communication channels.

  • Support the sales team with marketing materials and customer presentations.

  • Event Coordination:

  • Participate in organizing marketing events, trade shows, and promotions to enhance brand presence.

  • Assist in coordinating logistics for events and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing or related roles is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.]

  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
