About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Supervisor to lead and oversee our HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of HR functions and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide HR staff in day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage employee records, HRIS, and documentation.
  • Handle payroll coordination and ensure accuracy of timekeeping.
  • Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports for management.
  • Support management in policy updates, benefits administration, and performance management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism.
