Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Quezon City for a CE III Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates for bids and proposals, and assisting in budget preparation for construction projects. Duties include evaluating technical specifications, interpreting blueprints and drawings, sourcing materials, and collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient cost planning. The position requires comprehensive documentation and adherence to company standards for effective project execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in cost estimation, quantity surveying, and analyzing project documentation
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in using estimation software and tools for accurate cost analysis
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with relevant professional licensure
  • Previous experience in construction estimation or project planning is a strong advantage
  • at least 5 yrs related working experience in estimating
  • Must be a licensed CE
