We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth sales operations to help the team meet targets efficiently.

· Review, assist, and collaborate with the sales team regarding purchase orders, proposals, and preparations of sales orders.

· Organized and prepare and maintain sales records for the management

· Provide support and manage schedules for the sales team presentations.

· Giving after-sales support as needed.

· Provide support in ensuring target sales are achieved

· Be knowledgeable about the product

· Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion

· Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing or any 4-year course.
  • Experience in sales-related fields
  • Good communication (verbal and written) and comprehension skills.
  • Above average computer skills and proficient in MS Office Software (Word & Excel)
  • Keen to details, honest, diligent, and goal-oriented
  • Living in or near Quezon City (Preferably 2-3 rides away)
  • With or Without experience
  • Willing to be trained
  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 8 AM TO 5 PM.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php21,000.00 per month
