Position: Content Moderator (Non Voice Support)

Account: Local Social Media Platform Account

Location: Onsite – McKinley, Taguig City

Schedule: Shifting schedule

Job Qualifications:

  • At least a Senior High School graduate with minimum of 6 months experience as a Customer Service or Technical Support Representative in a BPO setting
  • College graduates with no BPO experience are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about leading E-commerce products and services standards while keeping up to the trends/changes.
  • Good to excellent communication skills

Job description

  • Review and monitor user-generated content (reviews, comments, product listings) for compliance with company policies and community guidelines.
  • Ensure all content is appropriate, accurate, and free of offensive or harmful material.
  • Flag and escalate inappropriate content for further action when necessary.
  • Maintain product listings by checking for accuracy, relevancy, and consistency with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to address content-related customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Use content moderation tools and reporting systems to track and report trends in user activity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform policies to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Provide regular feedback on content moderation procedures and suggest improvements.
