Content Moderator

Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines TRANSCOSMOS ASIA PHILIPPINES, INC. Full time ₱150,000 - ₱250,000 per year

We are looking for Content Moderator with the following qualifications:

  • Must have at least Diploma Certificate or Completed 2 years in college.
  • Must have at least 1 year in Content Moderation/ BPO Customer Service Representatives (E-commerce platform, trust & safety related work experience is preferred)
  • Familiar with computer operating system and Office software
  • Amenable for Shifting Schedule (Dayshift, Midshift, Graveyard Shift)
  • Amenable to Work Onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City and Taguig City)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing the products, content, buyers and sellers.
  • Handling buyer complaints / seller appeals arising from enforcement actions taken by risk team.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Identifying any problems with the database and taking appropriate action in discussion with the direct superior.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
