The Opportunity

Our client is a rapidly growing Australian clean energy company driving the transition to electric mobility. Established in 2020, they specialize in delivering commercial EV charging and energy management solutions through a seamless, subscription-based model that removes upfront installation costs for businesses.

Their platform integrates hardware, software, and data analytics to optimize charging performance, ensure energy efficiency, and enable smart load management across multiple sites. Partnering with commercial property owners, fleet operators, and enterprises, they aim to make EV infrastructure more accessible, reliable, and sustainable.

This position follows a hybrid working setup based in ASW Philippines. Standard working hours are from 6:00 AM to 3/4:00 PM Philippines time.

During your first 2 months, you will be required to work in the office to complete the training process. After that, it will be 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end preparation of proposals, tenders, and client submissions for solar, battery, and EV charging projects.
  • Collaborate with sales, partnerships, and technical teams to scope and cost proposals accurately.
  • Develop polished, client-ready documentation that reflects brand and value proposition.
  • Ensure proposals are compliant, competitive, and submitted within deadlines.
  • Prepare concept and detailed designs for solar PV, battery, and EV charging systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar panel technologies, inverters, and storage solutions.
  • Present design solutions and proposals to clients and stakeholders in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Ensure all proposals and designs comply with WHS, environmental standards, and regulatory frameworks.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Around 1-3 years of experience in proposal preparation, bidding, or design coordination (any industry)
  • Strong background in proposal management, bid coordination, or design management within energy, construction, or infrastructure.
  • Nice to have if you got experience in using solar PV system design software (Pylon and Orkestra preferred).
  • Ability to analyse energy usage data and translate into optimised design and savings models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify technical detail for clients.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and quality assurance.
