About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Staff to join our team at COPIERONLINE PHILIPPINES INC'. This is a full-time position based in QUEZON CITY. As Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks to support the overall financial operations of the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all transactions are properly recorded
  • Preparing financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents
  • Reconciling bank statements and other accounts
  • Assisting with account payable and receivable processes
  • Providing support for month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Collaborating with the finance team to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Adhering to all relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the Financial Accounting & Reporting industry
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
