Role Overview:

The client is looking for an experienced Senior NonQM Underwriter to underwrite and lead a growing underwriting pod. This is a great opportunity to join a company with over 25 years of lending experience, licensed in 35 states, and built on strong relationships, fast approvals, and personalized service.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a team of Non-QM underwriters.
  • Ensure loan files meet product and compliance guidelines
  • Collaborate with operations and sales for smooth pipeline flow
  • Provide guidance on complex scenarios and handle escalations

What You'll Bring:

  • At least 4 years of Non-QM underwriting experience is a must
  • At least 2 years of experience with Encompass is a must

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift - 10pm to 7am PHT
  • Monday to Friday
