RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • BIM modelling and coordination with other disciplines, room/space allocation, quantity estimates and design document checking.
  • Visualization and/or rendering of 3D and Site Models.
  • Future involvement in the preliminary and detailed building design of various structures for environmental and energy facilities such as waste-to-energy (WtE) incineration plants, LNG structures, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of BS in Industrial Technology, Architectural Technology or related courses.
  • At least basic proficiency in Revit software is must. Knowledgeable in creation of parametric families is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in Dynamo and Python is at advantage.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  • Should also be adaptive to learn and use other software as the need arises.
  • Willing to work in a Japanese-cultured environment.
  • Willing to be dispatched to Japan.
  • Willing to study and learn the Japanese Language (Nihongo) for better communication with Japanese staff.
