RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and standardize workflows and operating procedures for Revit and its extensions, particularly in MEP systems, reinforced concrete, and steel structures.
  • Create and manage 3D models, 2D documentation, and template libraries.
  • Conceptualize and prototype tools that enhance productivity and streamline design processes.
  • Simulate and test new workflows, ensuring interoperability across software platforms.
  • While project participation is possible, the primary focus is on research and development, workflow optimization, and automation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong interest and passion in innovation and development.
  • Must have a mindset that is sensitive to new technologies, embraces such innovations, and aims to achieve a cutting-edge level of technological advancement.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in REVIT modeling.
  • Has more than 1 year experience in BIM implementation.
  • Familiarity in drawing extraction and scheduling.
  • Familiarity with Dynamo.
  • Experience in 4D and 5D BIM is an advantage.
  • Programming capability in Python, Visual Basic and other programming language are an advantage.
  • Autodesk Expert Certificate is an advantage.
  • With excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities.
