Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards
  • Oversee bookkeeping processes and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare and review trial balances and income statements
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Ensure timely submission of financial reports to management
  • Oversee compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the accounting team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (SAP and QuickBooks)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
