Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Associate to join our team. The Project Management Associate will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of software development projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and executing software development projects according to defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Coordinate project activities and ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and propose solutions to mitigate them.

  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.

  • Support resource allocation and task assignment, ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

  • Collaborate with development teams to track and prioritize project tasks, resolve dependencies, and facilitate decision-making.

  • Assist in conducting project reviews, retrospectives, and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies.

  • Other tasks maybe assigned by the direct Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management or coordination, preferably in software development or IT industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the field of project management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
