Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our core team at Stack Overflight. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing software development projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA analysts, and product stakeholders, serving as the bridge between clients and the delivery team to guarantee successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines while effectively managing resources and priorities.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate regular communication with clients, providing status updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment with expectations.
  • Collaborate with technical leads, QA, and design teams to coordinate deliverables and ensure consistent quality.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and promote best practices across the team.
  • Track and report key metrics such as velocity, delivery timelines, and project health to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Foster a collaborative, productive, and accountable team environment.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in project management within software development, preferably in startups or tech environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a proven ability to deliver projects on time.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing client relationships.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, requirements, and technologies.
  • Bonus: experience in the airline, travel, or e-commerce industries.
  • Bonus: technical background or familiarity with software development (e.g., APIs, CMS, integrations).
