Qualification:

  • Preferably living within Mandaluyong City;
  • Willing to report onsite every Monday, Wednesday and Friday;
  • At least high school graduate;
  • Must be able to read , write and follow written and verbal instructions in English and Filipino;
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in custodial and janitorial work;
  • Experience in an office setting is an advantage;
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards and use of cleaning tools/equipment;
  • Ability to follow instructions and cleaning schedules;
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks relevant to the position;
  • Basic maintenance or handyman skills is a plus;
  • Trustworthy, punctual, and with a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Detail-oriented and thorough in work;
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision;
  • Willing to work early mornings or after office hours, as needed;
  • Background check and character references is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of the office, restroom, pantry and common area;
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks (e.g sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, emptying trash);
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning and pantry supplies;
  • Perform minor repairs or coordinate with building maintenance when necessary;
  • Assist with office setups and movement of equipment or furniture, if needed;
  • Ensure that the office is presentable at all times.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
