Treasury Accounting Specialist - ensures compliance with internal controls and financial policies, supports cash flow reporting, and assists in managing investments, loans, and other treasury operations. Managing day-to-day treasury and accounting activities, including cash monitoring, bank reconciliations, and accurate recording of treasury transactions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor daily cash balances and assist in preparing cash flow reports.
  • Process bank transactions, payments, and fund transfers.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations.
  • Record treasury-related transactions (loans, investments, interests, losses) in the accounting system.
  • Assist in managing banking activities and maintaining bank account records.
  • Support debt and investment accounting, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Ensure transactions comply with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Support audits by providing treasury documentation and reconciliations.
  • Prepare treasury and cash flow reports for management.
  • Provide variance analysis of cash movements and balances

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of bachelor's degree of Accountancy, Finance or any Accounting related course.
  • 2–3 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or finance roles.
  • Experience with month-end close processes, journal entries, and financial reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly analytical, well-organized, and adept with interpersonal skills
