Work Experience
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or logistics operations (preferably in the shipping, trucking, or forwarding industry).
  • Experience in handling booking, billing, and shipment documentation is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with domestic shipping routes (Luzon–Visayas–Mindanao) and vessel schedules.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or CRM systems.
  • Knowledgeable in shipping documentation (bill of lading, booking orders, arrival notices, freight invoices).
  • Can interpret and process tariff rates, freight quotations, and vessel schedules accurately.
  • Able to prepare sales reports, performance summaries, and customer updates.

Educational Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics Management, or related field.
  • Preferably with training or coursework in Shipping, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain Management.
