We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and hands-on Content Creator who can bring ideas to life from start to finish. This role is not just about shooting or editing—you'll own the entire process, from ideation and storyboarding to shooting, editing, and delivering content optimized for Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms for brands.

Key Responsibilities

Ideation & Strategy

  • Conceptualize and pitch content ideas aligned with client campaigns and brand objectives.
  • Develop storyboards and shot lists for approval prior to shoots.

Production

  • Lead shoots (onsite and offsite), including setting up equipment, directing talent, and ensuring execution matches storyboard/brief.
  • Capture high-quality raw content using phone/camera optimized for social platforms.

Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
  • Add subtitles, graphics, transitions, and music aligned with brand guidelines and social trends.
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form highlights.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with account managers, designers, and media specialists to ensure content aligns with campaign goals.
  • Submit drafts for feedback and finalize edits within set deadlines.
