Nexus Marketing Solutions is a future spin-off marketing services agency under Linkage Group that aims to serve clients with their marketing needs, including Social Media Marketing, on the ground Events & Activations, ECommerce, and Market Research.

About the Role

We're on the hunt for a Content Creator who eats trends for breakfast and scrolls through Reels like it's research (because it is).

You'll work closely with our creative and social teams to bring ideas to life—shooting, editing, and producing thumb-stopping content that feels fresh, funny, and totally on-brand. If you love hopping on the latest TikTok or IG trends, can turn a random idea into viral gold, and have a knack for making brands look cool online—this role's for you.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate & Ideate – Team up with our Creatives+ crew to brainstorm fun, quirky concepts that fit each brand's vibe.
  • Create Trendy Content – Spot what's hot on TikTok and IG, and turn those trends into engaging, on-brand reels and short-form videos.

What Success Looks Like

  • You consistently deliver scroll-stopping content that makes people laugh, comment, and share.
  • You meet deadlines like a pro (even when juggling trends that change from time to time).
  • You help our brands stay relevant, fun, and ahead of the curve.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong sense of trends — you know what's viral before it's mainstream.
  • Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or any app you vibe with).
  • A creative eye for angles, lighting, and storytelling—even if it's just with your phone.
  • Good energy — collaborative, proactive, and always up for experimenting with new ideas.
  • Bonus points if you're comfortable being on cam or directing others
