Content Creation:

  • Develop and create engaging Social Media content for Xpress, taking on roles such as host, reporter, and interviewer.
  • Showcase a deep understanding of Social Media trends and utilize them to enhance user and driver engagement.
  • Create compelling visual content for various social media channels such as but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Produce graphic, audio, and video materials.
  • Develop new and creative ways to generate buzz through content creation.
  • Assist marketing team and PR Team in meeting future partners for future content.

Editing Skills:

  • Possess basic TikTok/Reel video editing skills to ensure high-quality, visually appealing content.
  • Content Calendar Management:
  • Curate a content calendar for social media posts, ensuring a consistent and strategic approach to content creation.

Trend Awareness:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends on Social Media, identifying opportunities for the brand to participate in trends that align with our image.
  • Monitor trends and continuously benchmark various industry, thought leaders, influencers, entrepreneurs, and the like, and appropriately apply that knowledge to create effective content.
  • Uncover trends, sounds, and viral concepts, by searching hashtags, brands, and other influencers from several social media channels.
  • Competitor Monitoring

Engagement Monitoring:

  • Monitor and analyze engagement metrics on Social Media to assess content performance and make data-driven adjustments to future content.

Copywriting:

  • Craft witty , creative and engaging Social Media captions and copies that resonate with our target audience.

Production Equipment:

  • Handle, use, and set up basic production equipment required for Socmed content creation.
  • Safe keeping

File Management:

  • Take responsibility for the safekeeping and organization of video files and related documents, ensuring accessibility and easy retrieval.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in creating engaging content on Socmed.
  2. Basic editing skills using TikTok/Reel editing tools.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Socmed trends and the ability to adapt them for brand engagement.
  4. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and curate content calendars.
  5. Experience in monitoring and analyzing social media metrics.
  6. Excellent copywriting skills, especially for short-form content like TikTok and Reels.
  7. Familiarity with basic production equipment.
  8. Detail-oriented with a commitment to file organization and management
  9. Communications graduate (Broadcast comms/Journalism)
