We are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a strong background in the banking and finance industry to oversee and lead the technology vision, strategy, and execution across the Group of Companies. The CTO will play a key role in driving innovation, ensuring data security, and implementing scalable technology solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall technology strategy for the group of companies.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in banking and finance technology.
  • Lead and mentor the IT teams to foster innovation, efficiency, and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with executive management to align technology initiatives with business goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies for potential adoption.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost management of technology resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of leadership experience in technology management, preferably in the banking and finance sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems, digital banking, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven track record in leading digital transformation projects.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php120, Php150,000.00 per month
